My Queue Manager is an app that utilizes a new way of queueing clients/customers. Using the Internet and cloud technology, you can have your clients sign into a queue that is saved in numerical order and will be available on all of your devices instantly. The app is very simple and easy to navigate and customize.

Frequently Asked Questions

How can I access my queue on my tablet?

You can access your queue by simply double tapping on the queue tab on the signin page. The reason why we required double tapping is, we did not want your clients to wander into your queue and delete other clients name or information by mistake.

How can I remove employees from the employee list?

You can remove an employee from your employee list by simply tapping on the employee name.

How can I delete a client from the queue?

A client can be removed from the queue by tapping on the name you would like to remove. A confirmation window will pop up asking you to confirm your intention, click "Yes" and the client will be removed.

How can I delete the entire queue?

The entire client list can be deleted by tapping on the CLEAR ALL button at the bottom of client list on the queue page. It can also be deleted from the settings page. A window always pops up when you go to the settings page asking you if you want to clear the previous day queue. By tapping on "Yes", your queue will be cleared.

How can I use my existing TV to display my queue?

By connecting your existng TV (provided it has HDMI input) to an Android TV box such as the one we recommend (MiBox) or to an Amazon Fire Stick, you can display your queue.

How can I set the background color of My Queue Manager app to match my business theme color?

On the settings page you have a choice of six background colors. You can select the color that best matches your business theme when you first set up your business on the app. This can be changed any time.
